We do not accept refunds/ returns for any of our pieces. You can be rest-assured that we re-check every piece before shipping it to your location.

Exchanges are accepted provided the below conditions are met

You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receving the order, provided that the piece/s recieved is/are in its original condition, unworn, accompanied with a receipt and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to not accept exchanges if the product is damaged or found in a used condition. You (the customer) would be responsible for all the shipping costs involved in the return of the item.

Please note, custom-made orders cannot be exchanged.

Once an order is placed, the shipping will be processed within 2 days and delivered to you within 4-7 days. In case of international orders, the delivery time is 7-15 days.

Can this ring be gold polished?

Yes, it can be gold polished at an additional charge but please note there is no gaurantee on how long the plating will last. It all depends on the use / wear. 

Can this ring be rose gold polished?

We do not add the rose gold polish to our jewellery as it barely lasts for a couple of days / weeks. If you want rose gold jewellery, we suggest you buy it in the rose gold metal.

Can the stone be replaced with another one?

Yes, we can replace the stone. For this, please contact us on WhatsApp +91 9920920683.

Can the ring size be adjusted? 

At the moment, we are not offering customisable sizes for our rhodium rings.
