  • Where are you located?
    You can find our physical store at 1, Metro House, Near Regal Cinema, Mahakavi Bhushan Marg in Colaba, Mumbai.
  • What range of products do you offer?
    From rough gemstones, to cut gemstones to finished jewellery pieces, we offer it all. Our clients appreciate the wide range of gemstone jewellery set in Gold and 925 Sterling Silver. You can also find gemstone figurines and customise your dream piece with us.
  • How do I know the metal used is genuine?
    Our jewelry pieces are BIS hallmarked - in case of sterling silver you would see the 925 mark and in case of gold you can see the 14K or 18K gold mark on the piece. We also provide a gaurantee certificate from our end
  • Do you deliver worldwide?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that some international shipments may be liable for additional custom fees and taxes. In all cases, we will issue the necessary paperwork to ensure the parcel is cleared from customs, although any additional charge will be the buyer's responsibility.
  • Can I remove items from my order?
    Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn't been processed yet. In case you wish to remove a product after the order has been placed, kindly contact us on +91 9920920683 or amargems77@gmail.com. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it.
  • Where is my order?
    We want you to be in control of your order at all times. For that reason, once we ship your order we will send you a confirmation email with a link from which you will be able to track your order.
  • Are there any shipping charges included?
    Within India, we offer free delivery for orders above Rs.2,000. We charge Rs.2500 for shipping internationally.
  • How long does shipping to my location take?
    All orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours starting from the order confirmation date. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 3 to 5 working days within India and 10-15 days internationally. If you think your order is delayed, you can contact our customer service team on amargems77@gmail.com and provide the order details like order number.
  • How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
    You will receive a conformation email after you have placed your order with the details of the items purchased.
  • How can I modify my order?

  • How quickly can you create and deliver a bespoke piece?
    Once the design is approved by you, it would take around 7-10 days for the piece to be ready. Delivery within India takes 5-7 days and Internationally takes 10-15 days.
  • Are there any limits to what you can design and create?
    We can customise any design you require with gemstones set either in 14 karat or 18 karat gold or 925 sterling silver. We can also add your desired polish (Rhodium, white gold, yellow gold, rose gold). In case you don't require gemstones, we can simply create a design in 925 sterling silver or gold as well.

    Yes. We offer free cleaning for all our customers. To add Rhodium, white gold, yellow gold or rose gold polish, there would be a charge.

  • Is your jewellery set in pure silver and gold?
    When it comes to metals, we want to use the best options available. The highest purity that gemstones can be set in usually is 18 karat gold and 92.5 sterling silver. Our pieces are all hallmarked 14 karat gold, 18 karat gold and 92.5 sterling silver.
  • You don’t seem to have exactly what I want. Do you have inventory that is not listed on the website?
    Currently, all our retail stock is not on the website. We keep updating our stock with gorgeous pieces. If you are looking for anything in specific, kindly drop in your details or message us on +91 9920920683 so we can guide you further.
  • Are your gemstones natural and certified?
    Yes, we use only natural colored gemstones in our pieces. In case a stone is lab-made (cubic zirconia or any other), we mention that in the product details. We also provide a guarantee certificate from our end for the pieces you purchase. Certain pieces set in gold have an IGI certificate, a gemstone testing lab that is recognised internationally. Because of the significant time and cost involved, we do not routinely have all our pieces certified by a third-party lab. Even for the vast majority of pieces that are not certified in this manner, we stand behind each gemstone that we sell.
